Some stuff the team realized throughout the day:

1. Paolo Valenciano apparently has a hard time singing “happy”. Could it be because of all the growling he does for Salamin?

2. Gary V as a percussionist is fire! And he can make multiple harmonies on the spot. This is aside from being an amazing singer, skilled pianist, prolific songwriter. Oh and he dances pretty well too.

3. Buddy Zabala (The Dawn) can do a perfect Axl Rose shriek. It is a real experience

4. The Dawn LOVES their coffee. No exaggeration.

5. Pizza can make any rock vocalist happy.

Over-all today was a good day!

We are grateful for the opportunity to work with these amazing artists… stay tuned as we get ready to share all their hard work with all of you!

In the coming days and months, we intend to beef up the content on this channel so you can see what we’ve been up to so far: from recording sessions to testing days in preschools all over the Metro, we want you to get to know us even better. We have plans of going to the next level this 2012 and changes are a-comin’. Its looking pretty exciting and we want you along for the ride.

Hurrah!

Happy New Year folks!

We’re at Sound Creation Studios today in Tandang Sora, tracking vocals with the ever gorgeous and talented Lougee Basabas. That’s Hazel doing our sound engineering and album producer Vin Dancel all working together to make magic. It is a fantastic time recording her song and all we can say is, “Imogen Heap for kids!”

As for me, I’m a happy camper watching it all go down. Jooma Jam is coming your way soon. Stay tuned!

Christmas is 23 days away, can you believe it? We’ve been quiet lately and we want to apologize for that. We’ve been busy with recording for Jooma Jam Vol. 1; we’re happy to report that we are almost done with studio work!

However, do stay tuned as we firm up our plans on ways for everyone to get involved in helping create music that will shape the next generation of listeners. We are excited to involve more people very very soon

In the meantime, who knows how to beat this CRAZY Christmas traffic?!
